Crystal Bay Subdivision was developed in 1996 by Southeastern Land Sales, Inc. and is located on the north side of Hidden Lake, a tributary of Lake Greenwood. View Lake Greenwood map. The Homeowners Association was created in 2003 to self-govern and manage the Homeowners Association Guidelines via an elected Board of Directors. The subdivision includes both lakefront and lake access lots, each a minimum of one acre. You can access Crystal Bay via Highway 72. (See map on bottom of Home page.)
 
Lake Greenwood is a year-round boating, fishing, and water lover’s paradise with 11,400 acres of uncrowded surface area and 212 miles of shoreline. The lake is 20 miles in length and boasts a mean depth of 21 feet, making it one of the larger lakes in South Carolina.
 
Our community offers a wide variety of activities for homeowners including organized community events, picnics and social gatherings for the enjoyment of all. Our members are also committed to the Adopt A Highway mission of eradicating litter and promoting the beautification in our great state.
 
The Crystal Bay is a secured gated community includes a large secured gated storage lot, where our residents safely store campers, trailers, boats and recreational vehicles. There are video cameras strategically located throughout the community. At the Crystal Bay pavilion area is boat docking facilities as well as a boat ramp exclusively for the use of our membership.
