President
The Crystal Bay President is responsible for leading, coordinating and overseeing all activities related to the Crystal Bay Home Owners Association (CBHOA) Board of Directors as it works to protect the interest of the CBHOA and individual lot and home owners by ensuring adherence to the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Crystal Bay Subdivision. The President presides at all meetings of the Members and the Board of Directors, as well as overseeing that all orders and resolutions from the Board are carried out. The President has overall executive powers and general supervision over the affairs of the HOA.

Vice President
The Crystal Bay Vice President shall act in the place and stead of the President in the event of absence, inability or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such duties as may be required by the Crystal Bay Board of Directors.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Chairperson
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Chairperson coordinates and oversees the ARC as it works to protect the interest of the Crystal Bay Homeowner Association (CBHOA) and individual lot owners by ensuring adherence to the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Crystal Bay Subdivision and the CBHOA guidelines regarding the improvement and maintenance of member owned lots within the community. The ARC accomplishes its purpose by reviewing and approving all new construction and lot improvement plans, overseeing the implementation of the plans, and monitoring the community’s adherence to provisions and maintenance of its aesthetics.

Treasurer
The Crystal Bay Treasurer is responsible for the Crystal Bay Homeowners Association (CBHOA) finances, including management of all CBHOA assets, funds, investments. The Treasurer also manages the collection of CBHOA dues and fines, as appropriate, as well as disbursements to satisfy any CBHOA creditors and bills. In addition, annual audits and/or reviews by a Certified Public Accountant firm are required, which the Treasurer will ensure occur. The Treasurer will also lead the collection, review, approval and supervision of any CBHOA budgets for the CBHOA Directors and their departments, as well as CBHOA Committees that require funding.

Secretary
The Crystal Bay Secretary is responsible for the overall management of Crystal Bay Homeowner’s Association (CBHOA) communications, including the preparation and release of CBHOA Board of Director and Member meeting minutes. This includes the scheduling of meetings and notices of such meetings, within the timeframe prescribed by the CBHOA Covenants and By-Laws. The Secretary will have charge of all of the CBHOA’s documents, except those kept by the Treasurer.

Grounds and Maintenance
The Crystal Bay Grounds and Maintenance Chairperson is responsible for the overall management of the Crystal Bay Homeowners Association (CBHOA) owned properties, including maintenance, upkeep and improvements of such properties (and associated third party supervision and contracts) to the quality standards required by the Crystal Bay Subdivision. They are responsible for developing and managing any budgets required to do ensure completion of those duties.
